self-evaluation of Comenius 1 projects at school

The aims of the MICE-T project are:

to develop model instruments for the self-evaluation of EEPs at school.
to create international partnerships of schools working with evaluation
to initiate the creation of a thematic network on evaluation
to disseminate useful material
to promote a culture of evaluation in education in Europe
to establish a common European approach for the evaluation of EEPs
to organise international teacher training seminars (Comenius 2).
In a first phase we organised an international conference (Alden Biesen, 8 – 12 January 2 000) with representatives of the National Agencies, experienced teachers/coordinators and experts in evaluation.
In the second phase these draft instruments were tested in schools and, in the third phase the organising team amended and edited the material.
